The kit is used for the qualitative detection of second-line drug-resistance mutations in Mycobacterium tuberculosis\u00a0 from cultured Mycobacterium tuberculosis specimens or sputum samples. The SL drug-resistance mutations measures are: capreomycin (CAP), kanamycin (KAN), viomycin (VIO) and amikacin (AMK).
