Gentier 48E rtPCR systeem

The Gentier48 is a real-time quantitative thermal cycler (qPCR) and has been designed for rapid, accurate polymerase chain reaction, meantime real-time measuring the nucleic acid signals from DNA and RNA-binding fluorescent dyes or labels.

Key features include space-saving design, multi-color detection, outstanding and powerful data analysis and real-time data monitoring.

The software is easy to use with a 7 inch touch screen. It can save more than 1,000 experiment settings or experiment data files.

The fully automated system can carry out 48 samples per run. Also each stage can contain 99 steps. The user can set the program for low temperature long-term preservation after the run.
