The intensity of the colored band in the test line region is 25-OH Vitamin D concentration-dependent , the higher the concentration of 25-OH Vitamin D in the tested sample, the stronger the colored band is. The Cube Reader measures the intensity and translates it into a Vitamin D concentration in ng /ml.
