LumiQuick QuickProfile™ Vitamin D test cassettes.

The package contains the following components, sufficient to perform 20 tests:

• 20 LumiQuick QuickProfile™ test cassettes
• 20 Collection sets (tubes, caps, capillaries), prefilled with buffer
• 1 color chart for semi-quantitative measurment
• 1 RFID card with Cube Reader settings
• 1 instruction for use (English)

Not included in the package: (safety) lancets, e.g. Unistik 3 Normal

The test cassettes are produced by Lumiquick Diagnostics Inc. in Santa Clara, California, United States.

The Cube Reader is produced in Berlin, Germany, as assigned by Lumiquick Diagnostics Inc. and comes with a 1 year warranty.

The production sites operate under a ISO13485 certified quality system, certificate number FM 574919.

For a quantitative determination, Vitamin D Cube Reader (SKU 101001) is also required.
